Wide range of cast iron boilers from Ekoterm Proekt – designed to warm us!

The new Bisolid New J and Bisolid New K boilers are designed as cast iron, sectional boilers with horizontal flue gas extraction suitable for combustion of solid fuels. They are designed for hot water heating systems and operate in open and closed systems with natural or forced circulation.

They save fuel costs because they burn very efficiently. Since the bottom grate of the boilers is water cooled, they can maintain high enough water outflows until all the fuel in the combustion chamber is utilized.

Charging the boiler with fuel, wood or coal is done manually through the upper front door. The large volume of the combustion chamber allows the use of firewood with a larger size. The ash cleaning is also done manually through the lower front door of the boiler. The organization of the combustion process, due to the nature of the fuel supply and the regulation of the combustion air supply, ensures a high efficiency.

In addition to the high efficiency, the Bisolid New J and Bisolid New K boilers are reliable and thanks to the high-quality casting process, the operation period is very long and the resistance to corrosion is extremely good.

At Bisolid New K three-stage boilers, the heating efficiency is significantly higher and the level of emissions emitted to the atmosphere is considerably lower. Safety measures are enhanced by installing a heat exchanger overheating.

Convinced of the quality of its production, Ekoterm continues to offer on the Bulgarian market cast iron solid fuel boilers VIADRUS which are of proven quality and used as a reliable and economical source of heat.

Stainless steel hot water boiler VIADRUS U22 Basic is a base version of the VIADRUS U22. Designed with the familiar Czech high quality, it is designed for customers who are looking for a low price, but not at the expense of quality. The high-quality materials used ensure durability of the structure and long-term operation of the cast iron heat exchanger. The boiler body is insulated with harmless and non-combustible mineral wool, which reduces heat exchange losses with the environment. It works in a natural or forced circulating heating system and is very easy and convenient to use. The smoke valve is located on the back of the boiler, with low chimney draft requirements. The large fuel filler bore allows the burning of larger logs.

The wide range of capacities, according to the number of sections, makes it the perfect boiler for economical heating of solid fuel for small and medium-sized residential buildings.

All cast iron boilers of the Ekoterm range offer additional options. For example, when installing a LADDOMAT mixing group, additional fuel savings of up to 20% can be achieved. A pellet burner from the Bisolid GP Series can also be installed, making it extremely easy.
