ABOUT THE PRODUCT

The fan group is a module that serves to force the flue gases emitted during the combustion of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels.
The module is installed in cases where the draft of the chimney is not sufficient, which leads to lower efficiency, higher fuel consumption and lower its heat output. It is equipped with a centrifugal fan that can withstand high flue gas temperatures of up to 250oC and can operate in the presence of ash particles in the flue gas. Through this fan, the gases are removed from the outlet of the equipment and, under the action of the pressure generated by the fan, are transported to the chimney and discharged into the atmosphere.
The fan group is particularly suitable for solid fuel boilers in which the combustion air is sucked by the chimney draft created during operation, if the draft is insufficient, the required amount of air is not supplied and cannot be achieved accordingly. thermal power. The module creates additional thrust, which increases the natural chimney thrust and accordingly increases the power of the facility. The design of the fan group enables it to work under increased heat loads, as well as the presence of ash particles in the flue gases available during the combustion of solid fuel (wood, coal, solid biomass).
