Smoke thrust stabilizers reduce the risk of condensation in the chimney. Tigex 100 and Tigex 150 are designed to seal hermetically, to prevent flue gases from overpressing, which is usually observed when the burner is started. They are assembled using various adapters, which are solutions for round, single-layer pipes, insulating T-pipes and others. When installing with a removable adapter, use a seal of non-combustible material. For durable installations, the adapter must be sealed to the boiler pipe with a boiler kit. It is mounted in a horizontal position and a hull in a vertical position. The throttle stabilizer will open to varying degrees depending on the setting and available thrust in the chimney. The draft will vary depending on the chimney structure, weather conditions or whether the boiler works or not. Since the draft conditions will vary considerably between installations, it is necessary to determine the underpressure and the need for ventilation, on a case-by-case basis.
